Sales Assistant Intern

Responsibilities

• Support customer visits and maintain relationships by assisting with meeting arrangements and profile updates
• Assist the sales team with customer issues regarding contracts, accounts, shipping, and payments
• Support new customer development and market expansion through research and outreach
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support sales strategies
• Assist with sales operations, process optimization, reporting, and marketing events

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, E-commerce, or a related field
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to commit to a 3-6 month internship period
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Students in their final semester, graduating in 2026
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or online retail
• German language skills
