Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create customized offers, cement agreements, and contracts in coordination with the sales field team and management
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding inquiries about invoices and deliveries
• Serve as a liaison between the sales field team and the shipping department to ensure smooth communication
• Maintain master data in Salesforce (SFDC) and manage/update customer data in SAP
• Process orders in SFDC in close coordination with the sales team and back office
• Generate meaningful reports and evaluations using SFDC and SAP
• Support administrative tasks including internal control, customer communications, and statistical evaluations

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, professional experience in sales administration or a similar role
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and/or SAP, or high motivation to learn these systems quickly
• Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation
• Structured, organized work style with the ability to maintain an overview
• Reliable team player with a dependable work ethic
