Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and guiding customers
• Share fashion and product knowledge to assist customer choices
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high-quality customer journey
• Maintain well-stocked, organized, and welcoming sales floor and stock areas
• Participate in store opening and closing procedures
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions

Requirements

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or similar sectors preferred
• Passion for fashion and driving sales through customer experience
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and curiosity for digital retail tools
• Flexibility and an action-oriented mindset
