About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers through the store
- Share fashion and product knowledge to assist customer choices
- Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service
- Maintain well-stocked, organized, and welcoming sales floor and stock
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures
- Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions
Requirements
- Experience in customer service (fashion, retail, or similar preferred)
- Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a collaborative and stimulating team environment
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Flexibility and action-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and use digital in-store tools
