Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers through the store
• Share fashion and product knowledge to assist customer choices
• Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service
• Maintain well-stocked, organized, and welcoming sales floor and stock
• Participate in store opening and closing procedures
• Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions

Requirements

• Experience in customer service (fashion, retail, or similar preferred)
• Passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work in a collaborative and stimulating team environment
• Strong communication and creative skills
• Flexibility and action-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and use digital in-store tools
