Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Process advertising contracts and maintain national orders using MediaLine and WideOrbit
• Coordinate the collection of creative materials and traffic instructions from account executives and agencies
• Assist in the development of sales proposals, advertising packages, and client presentations
• Support the scheduling and launch of advertising campaigns by working with traffic and programming departments
• Maintain organized filing systems and up-to-date records of program changes or cancellations
• Create supportive marketing materials for the sales department
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients regarding campaign performance

Requirements

• Proven computer and software proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects and remain calm under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial television
• Proficiency with WideOrbit or MediaLine
• Military experience is highly valued and will be considered
