Sales Assistant Fresh/Frozen Food

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and advice regarding the food product range in the frozen food department
• Stock shelves and frozen chests, including working in cold environments
• Present goods attractively and implement promotional measures
• Ensure quality assurance by following legal and regulatory standards (e.g., HACCP, expiration date control)

Requirements

• Ideally completed training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale/Retail Clerk)
• Open to career changers with professional training provided
• Customer-oriented mindset and passion for retail
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
