About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and advice regarding dairy products, frozen goods, delicatessen, and sausages
- Stock shelves and frozen freezers, including working in colder environments
- Present goods attractively and implement promotional measures
- Ensure quality assurance by following legal and regulatory standards such as HACCP and expiration date monitoring
Requirements
- Ideally completed training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale or Retail Merchant)
- Career changers are welcome and will receive professional training
- Experience in the food retail sector is a plus
- Customer-oriented attitude and passion for retail
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
