Sales Assistant - Fresh Goods (Frozen and Meat)

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and advice regarding frozen goods and meat products
• Assist customers with questions and requests to drive sales
• Restock and organize shelves and frozen displays, including in cold environments
• Present goods attractively and implement promotional measures
• Ensure quality assurance by following legal and regulatory standards such as HACCP and expiration date monitoring

Requirements

• Ideally completed vocational training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale or Retail Merchant)
• Open to career changers with professional training provided
• Previous experience in food retail is preferred
• Strong customer orientation and enthusiasm for retail
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
