About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a direct contact and advisor for customers regarding frozen goods
- Provide professional customer service and advice to gastronomy clients
- Stock shelves and frozen chests, including working in cold environments
- Present goods attractively and implement promotional measures
- Ensure quality assurance by following HACCP and monitoring expiration dates
Requirements
- Ideally completed training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale or Retail Merchant)
- Career changers are welcome and will receive training
- Preferably experience in the food retail sector
- Customer-oriented mindset and passion for retail
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
