About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and advice regarding frozen food products
- Consult gastronomy customers to drive sales
- Stock and organize shelves and freezer units in a cold environment
- Present goods attractively and implement promotional measures
- Ensure quality assurance through HACCP and expiration date monitoring
Requirements
- Ideally completed training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale or Retail Clerk)
- Open to career changers with professional training provided
- Experience in food retail is a plus
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
