Sales Assistant - Fresh Food (Frozen and Delicatessen)

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and advice regarding frozen goods, delicatessen, dairy, and sausage products
• Perform stock replenishment in cold environments to ensure well-stocked shelves and freezers
• Present goods attractively and implement promotional measures
• Ensure quality assurance by following legal and regulatory standards such as HACCP and expiration date monitoring

Requirements

• Ideally completed training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale or Retail Clerk)
• Open to career changers with professional training provided
• Experience in the food retail sector is a plus
• Customer-oriented mindset and passion for retail
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
