About the role
Responsibilities
- Advise customers from the gastronomy sector on the extensive fish and seafood assortment
- Present fresh fish attractively to customers
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory quality assurance standards (e.g., HACCP, expiration date control)
Requirements
- Commercial training or experience as a salesperson in food retail
- Experience in gastronomy (e.g., cook or restaurant specialist) is welcome
- Interest in handling fresh fish and seafood
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
