About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and advice regarding dry food products
- Assist customers from the gastronomy sector with inquiries and wishes
- Stock shelves and freezer units, including in cooler environments
- Present goods attractively and implement promotional measures
- Ensure quality assurance by following HACCP and expiration date controls
Requirements
- Ideally completed training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Chef, Restaurant Specialist, Wholesale or Retail Clerk)
- Open to career changers with professional training provided
- Experience in the food retail sector is a plus
- Customer-oriented attitude and passion for retail
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
