Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a personalized, warm shopping experience aligned with brand values
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets using defined commercial strategies
• Maintain the store's visual and operational excellence, ensuring it is in perfect condition
• Support team collaboration by participating in commercial challenges and maintaining a positive environment
• Manage operational processes including inventory control, warehouse organization, and stock management
• Handle returns, online exchanges, and order tracking
• Complete store control documentation such as Excel sheets and incident reports

Requirements

• Extroverted, friendly, and sales-oriented personality
• Passion for fashion, attention to detail, and aesthetic sensitivity
• Positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team
• Commitment to sustainability and conscious consumption

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate level of English
• Previous experience working with premium brands
