Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Flabelus, welcoming customers and providing a unique, personalized shopping experience.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets using defined commercial strategies.
• Maintain the store's visual and operational standards to ensure a perfect shopping environment.
• Support team collaboration by participating in commercial challenges and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Manage operational processes including inventory control, warehouse organization, returns, and online order tracking.
• Complete store control documentation such as stock reports and incident logs.

• Extroverted, friendly, and sales-oriented personality.
• A strong passion for fashion, attention to detail, and aesthetic sensitivity.
• Positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team.
• Intermediate English skills (valued).
• Previous experience working with premium brands (valued).
