Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized, and brand-aligned service to every customer
• Work toward achieving daily and monthly sales goals using defined strategies
• Support store operations including stock organization and inventory control
• Handle returns, online exchanges, and order follow-ups
• Maintain store visual and operational standards
• Complete necessary store documentation such as Excel reports and stock tracking
• Collaborate with the team and participate in sales challenges

Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused personality
• Passion for fashion and strong attention to detail
• Positive, problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate English language level
• Previous experience working with premium brands
