Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a personalized, warm shopping experience aligned with brand values
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets using defined commercial strategies
• Maintain the store's visual and operational standards to ensure a perfect shopping environment
• Support team collaboration and participate in store commercial challenges
• Manage operational processes including inventory control, warehouse organization, and returns
• Handle online order tracking, exchanges, and store control documentation

Requirements

• Positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team
• Intermediate English level (valuable)
