Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, personalized, and brand-aligned service to every customer
• Work toward achieving daily and monthly sales goals using defined strategies
• Support team members and participate in sales challenges to maintain a positive environment
• Manage store operations including stock organization, inventory control, and returns
• Handle online exchanges and order follow-ups
• Maintain store visual standards and complete operational documentation such as Excel reports and stock tracking
