Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Flabelus in the Barcelona store, welcoming customers and providing a memorable shopping experience.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through personalized and warm customer service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products aligned with the brand identity.
• Maintain store organization, visual standards, and an impeccable aesthetic environment.
• Support team operations including inventory control, warehouse organization, returns, and online order tracking.
• Complete operational documentation such as stock reports, sales records, and incident logs.
• Report any issues or improvement proposals to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Extroverted, proactive, and friendly personality with a strong sales orientation.
• Passion for fashion, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
• Intermediate level of English to assist international and tourist customers.
• Previous experience in retail or working with premium brands is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
