Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide a personalized, warm, and memorable customer experience aligned with Flabelus’ values
• Work towards daily and monthly sales targets and apply defined commercial strategies
• Advise clients with deep product knowledge and sensitivity to their needs
• Maintain store visual standards, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and inspiring
• Support stockroom organization, product replenishment, and inventory control
• Manage returns, exchanges, and online order follow-ups according to company procedures
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Complete administrative tasks including stock files, incident reports, and operational trackers

Requirements

• Outgoing, kind, and sales-oriented personality
• Genuine interest in fashion, aesthetics, and customer care
• Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
• Fluency in English is required
• Proficiency in French or Dutch is highly preferred for the Brussels market
• Previous experience in retail or premium fashion brands is highly valued
