About the Company
EXOSYSTÈME is a company based in Granby that distributes and installs high-end custom-made aluminum products manufactured in Quebec, such as bioclimatic pergolas, mosquito screen systems, fixed or motorized solar screens, and other outdoor landscaping products.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to quote requests
- Manage quote requests (qualification, feasibility, assignment to a representative)
- Assist sales representatives with daily activities (opening files, preparing quotes and documentation, creating sales opportunities in CRM, file follow-ups, etc.)
- Handle first-line telephone calls and email requests
- Provide general information on products and services offered
- Verify sold project files before transfer to operations and follow up on missing elements
- Act as a liaison with the operations department
- Receive visitors in the showroom
- Respond to various client requests (end-of-construction documents, etc.)
- Handle project invoicing
Requirements
- DEP in secretarial studies, AEC in office automation, or related field
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Functional business English
- Excellent written French and professional communication skills
- Autonomy and ability to work in a team
- Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the Odoo system
