About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise customers to ensure high-quality service and brand expertise
- Implement loyalty actions and personalized product advice
- Maintain store appearance and follow merchandising guidelines
- Manage daily store operations including stock, replenishment, and cash register
- Work within a team to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales
- Strong commercial temperament and customer-centric mindset
- Desire to learn and grow within a large group
- Ability to work towards performance targets
