Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Independently process customer inquiries and create tailored offers
• Manage the complete order cycle from initial entry to final delivery
• Provide telephone and written support to both national and international customers
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships
• Create, analyze, and prepare sales statistics and reports
• Collaborate closely with the field sales team to provide administrative support
• Participate in cross-departmental projects and process optimization initiatives

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in sales support or telephone sales
• Strong understanding of sales processes and workflows
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); Italian skills are a plus
• Structured, independent, and result-oriented working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of export and customs clearance processes
