Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, brand-compliant property exposés within the CRM system
• Prepare property documentation, including land registry extracts and energy certificates
• Act as a central interface between owners, clients, and real estate consultants
• Provide professional customer support via telephone and in-person at the shop
• Support the onboarding of new independent real estate consultants into operational processes
• Assist the accounting team with invoicing and information quality assurance
• Manage administrative tasks and ensure compliance with internal quality standards

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung)
• Previous experience in an assistant or support role
• A genuine passion for the real estate industry and high-end marketing
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new CRM systems
• Strong communication skills with a service-oriented and professional demeanor
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility to support various shop locations in Berlin
