About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the team with order processing, delivery coordination, and client follow-up
- Help maintain the store’s visual presentation and product displays
- Assist with inventory of marketing materials, swatches, and office supplies
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide helpful, friendly service
- Learn about products and design principles through ongoing training
Requirements
- Interest in design, retail, or customer service
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Gmail
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and move items as needed
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience
