Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the team with order processing, delivery coordination, and client follow-up
• Help maintain the store’s visual presentation and product displays
• Assist with inventory of marketing materials, swatches, and office supplies
• Learn about products and design principles through training and team meetings
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide friendly service

Requirements

• Interest in design, retail, or customer service
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Gmail
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and move items as needed
• Availability to work weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience
