Sales Assistant Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team throughout the sales lifecycle, including commercial efforts and agreement handovers
• Manage logistics follow-up with HQ and monitor delivery and logistics quotations
• Oversee contract submissions, bank guarantee issuance, and insurance management
• Track payment milestones, collections, and manage Sinosure applications and credit
• Facilitate communication between sales operations, product management, and project management departments
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient sales processes

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Turkish (C1 level or higher)
• Previous experience in a commercial or sales-related role
• Knowledge or experience regarding legal matters, specifically contracts and agreements
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Strong multitasking abilities and a detail-oriented approach
• Proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly
