Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage and work as part of a small team to provide exceptional customer experience
• Merchandise products and execute marketing campaigns
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and assist with production/baking as needed
• Foster a positive environment promoting teamwork and high performance
• Manage team development through training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Support local community events and the 'End of Day Giving' program

Requirements

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in food service or hospitality
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Proven experience in recruitment, selection, retention, and staff development
• Basic financial management skills including cash management and banking
• Ability to stand/walk continuously and lift up to 22 kg
