Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide an unforgettable shopping experience to customers
• Proactively greet customers and answer questions
• Advise customers on style, fit, and sizing options
• Use service tools like QR codes to assist customers with online and in-store searches
• Maintain knowledge of online and offline promotions
• Collaborate with visual merchandisers to ensure an inspiring store environment
• Manage cash register operations and ensure smooth fitting room processes

Requirements

• Passion for fashion and awareness of latest trends
• Service-oriented with an open personality
• Team player willing to give and receive feedback
• Ability to communicate in Portuguese or learning it, with good command of English
• Previous experience in fashion, retail, or sales is ideal
• Background in commerce, marketing, or commercial spaces
• Flexible availability
