Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide an unforgettable shopping experience by proactively greeting and assisting customers
• Offer expert fashion advice, including styling tips, jeans fit, and size options
• Maintain an attractive and organized store environment in collaboration with visual merchandisers
• Utilize service tools and QR codes to help customers find products both online and in-store
• Manage various store operations including cashier duties, pricing, and fitting room flow
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss goals and information sharing

Requirements

• Service-oriented mindset with an open and friendly personality
• Passion for fashion and a keen interest in following the latest trends
• Strong team player who is reliable and open to giving and receiving feedback
• Fluency in Dutch or currently learning the language
• Ability to adapt to change and a willingness to learn about retail and sales
• Previous experience in fashion, retail, or sales is preferred but not required
