Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide an unforgettable shopping experience by proactively greeting and assisting customers
• Offer personalized style advice, including fit, sizing, and fashion tips
• Utilize digital service tools, such as QR codes, to help customers find products online and in-store
• Maintain store organization and visual appeal in collaboration with visual merchandisers
• Support daily operations including cash register duties, stock display, and managing fitting rooms
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss goals and information sharing

Requirements

• Service-oriented personality with an open and friendly attitude
• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends
• Strong team player mindset with a willingness to give and receive feedback
• Fluency in Portuguese or a good command of English
• Availability for flexible working hours
• Ability to adapt to change and a desire to learn about retail and sales

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in fashion, retail, or sales
• Educational background in commerce, marketing, or commercial spaces
