Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide an unforgettable shopping experience by proactively greeting and assisting customers
• Offer personalized style advice, including fit, sizing, and fashion trends
• Utilize digital service tools and QR codes to help customers find products online and in-store
• Maintain store organization and visual merchandising standards to ensure an inspiring environment
• Manage point-of-sale transactions and ensure a smooth process in the fitting rooms
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss goals and updates

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation with an open and friendly personality
• A genuine passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with current trends
• Excellent teamwork skills and a reliable, helpful attitude
• Fluency in Spanish or a good command of English
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the summer campaign
• Previous experience in retail or fashion sales is preferred
