Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide an optimal shopping experience by assisting customers in finding the perfect outfits
• Inspire customers with fashion advice and knowledge of the latest trends
• Contribute to a high-quality store presentation and visual environment
• Work collaboratively within a team of sales assistants, visual merchandisers, and management
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to ensure customers leave the store feeling great

Requirements

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level
• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Strong customer service orientation and a service-minded attitude
• Excellent social and communication skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends to provide expert advice
