Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive and friendly customer experience to ensure clients leave the store feeling great
• Assist customers in finding the perfect outfits and inspire them with the latest fashion trends
• Contribute to an optimal store appearance and maintain high visual standards
• Work collaboratively within a team of sales assistants, visual merchandisers, and management

Requirements

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level
• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Customer-oriented and service-driven attitude
• Strong social and communication skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of current fashion trends to provide expert advice
