Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide an unforgettable shopping experience by proactively greeting and assisting customers
• Offer personalized style advice, including fit, sizing, and fashion trends
• Utilize digital service tools and QR codes to help customers find products online and in-store
• Maintain store organization and visual merchandising standards to ensure an inspiring environment
• Support daily operations including cash register duties, fitting room management, and stock presentation
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss goals and updates

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation with an open and friendly personality
• A genuine passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with current trends
• Ability to work effectively within a team and accept constructive feedback
• Fluency in Spanish and a good command of English
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required for the summer campaign
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or sales is preferred
