Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide an unforgettable shopping experience by proactively greeting and assisting customers
• Offer style advice, sizing options, and product information to drive sales
• Utilize digital service tools, such as QR codes, to help customers find products online and in-store
• Maintain an organized and attractive store environment in collaboration with visual merchandisers
• Manage various store operations including cash register duties, stock presentation, and fitting room flow
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss goals and updates

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation with an open and friendly personality
• A genuine passion for fashion and awareness of current trends
• Ability to work effectively within a team and a willingness to accept feedback
• Proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish (or currently learning Spanish)
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or sales is preferred
• Flexible availability to meet store needs
