Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide an unforgettable shopping experience by proactively greeting and assisting customers
• Offer personalized style advice, including fit, sizing, and fashion trends
• Utilize digital service tools (such as QR codes) to help customers find products online and in-store
• Maintain an organized and attractive store environment in collaboration with visual merchandisers
• Manage various store operations including cash register duties, fitting room flow, and promotional displays
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss goals and information sharing

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation with an open and friendly personality
• A genuine passion for fashion and staying up-to-date with current trends
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and accept constructive feedback
• Fluency in Spanish or a good command of English
• Flexible availability to meet store needs
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or sales is preferred
