Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet customers on the sales floor and answer their questions
• Provide fashion advice, including styling tips, fit guidance for jeans, and size options
• Assist customers using service tools (e.g., QR codes) to find products online and in-store
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandisers to maintain inspiring and organized displays
• Ensure smooth store operations by working at the cash desk, labeling prices, and managing fitting rooms
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss goals and information exchange

Requirements

• Strong passion for fashion and interest in the latest trends
• Service-oriented mindset with an open and friendly personality
• Proven team player who is reliable and helpful
• Ability to communicate effectively in German (or currently learning) and good English skills
• Openness to feedback and a desire to learn about retail and sales

• Previous experience in fashion, retail, or sales environments
