Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide an unforgettable shopping experience by proactively greeting and assisting customers
• Offer styling advice, including fit suggestions and trend tips
• Use digital service tools (such as QR codes) to help customers find products online and in-store
• Maintain store organization and visual merchandising standards to ensure an inspiring environment
• Manage point-of-sale operations, cash register duties, and fitting room processes
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss goals and updates

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation and an open, friendly personality
• A genuine passion for fashion and awareness of current trends
• Ability to work effectively as a reliable team player
• Fluency in Portuguese or proficiency in English
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or sales is preferred
