Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide an unforgettable shopping experience by proactively greeting and assisting customers
• Offer personalized style advice, including fit, sizing, and trend recommendations
• Utilize digital service tools (such as QR codes) to help customers find products online and in-store
• Maintain store organization and visual appeal in collaboration with visual merchandisers
• Manage various operational tasks including operating the cash register, managing fitting rooms, and restocking displays
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss goals and information sharing

Requirements

• A strong passion for fashion and awareness of current trends
• Service-oriented mindset with an open and friendly personality
• Ability to work effectively within a team and a willingness to give and receive feedback
• Proficiency in English and the ability to communicate in Portuguese (or currently learning it)
• Flexibility to work various hours according to store needs
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or sales is preferred

• Background or education in commerce, marketing, or retail spaces
