About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete customer journey, from initial greeting to final sale, including handling requests and complaints
- Act as a primary brand ambassador to promote the BIMBA Y LOLA culture in the Netherlands
- Perform stock counting, control, delivery organization, and stockroom maintenance
- Organize products on the shop floor and implement visual merchandising guidelines
- Collaborate on visual changes and window displays
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail sales role
- Strong interest in the fashion industry
- Excellent personal presentation and professional demeanor
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team
- Availability to work part-time (16h or 20h) in Amsterdam
