About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire customer journey, from initial greeting to the final sale
- Act as a primary brand ambassador to build the BIMBA Y LOLA experience
- Handle customer requests and resolve complaints professionally
- Manage stock counting, control, delivery organization, and stockroom maintenance
- Organize products on the shop floor and implement visual merchandising guidelines
- Collaborate on visual changes and window displays
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in customer service
- A strong interest in the fashion industry
- Excellent client orientation and listening skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Dynamic and motivated personality
