About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, representing the philosophy and values of BIMBA Y LOLA.
- Provide a unique shopping experience by offering attentive service from welcome to farewell.
- Proactively drive sales to meet individual and store-wide targets and KPIs.
- Follow company operational procedures across all store areas, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash desk.
- Execute daily tasks related to visual merchandising, campaign implementation, and product presentation.
- Manage stock control, organize deliveries, and maintain warehouse organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a retail environment.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to apply fashion trends to create authentic styles for clients.
- A proactive, creative, positive, and energetic attitude.
- A deep passion for fashion, art, and culture.
- A strong focus on customer loyalty and building long-term relationships.
