About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, representing the philosophy and values of BIMBA Y LOLA.
  • Provide a unique shopping experience by offering attentive service from welcome to farewell.
  • Proactively drive sales to meet individual and store-wide targets and KPIs.
  • Follow company operational procedures across all store areas, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash desk.
  • Execute daily tasks related to visual merchandising, campaign implementation, and product presentation.
  • Manage stock control, organize deliveries, and maintain warehouse organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a retail environment.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to apply fashion trends to create authentic styles for clients.
  • A proactive, creative, positive, and energetic attitude.
  • A deep passion for fashion, art, and culture.
