Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors
• Maintain store order and care for both the shop floor and the warehouse
• Ensure store and warehouse standards are met according to company guidelines
• Report and communicate important issues or incidents occurring in the store
• Handle sales transactions, including payments and refunds
• Manage supplies, consumables, and stock orders
• Respond to company requirements and inquiries
