Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments from carriers for your specific sector
• Replenish shelves while respecting food hygiene and safety standards
• Ensure accurate price displays
• Act as a key contact on the sales floor to advise professional clients
• Proactively inform clients of special offers and promotions to drive sales and loyalty
• Report malfunctions or areas for improvement to the manager

Requirements

• Motivation for an apprenticeship in the distribution or retail sector
• Passion for gastronomy
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including handling heavy loads and using handling equipment
• Comfort working in potentially cold environments
• Proficiency with IT tools is a plus
