Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide superior, up-to-date information on products and services to customers
• Contribute to store sales and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain high showroom standards, including cleaning and shelving stock
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to customer service excellence
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety for teammates and customers
• Work collaboratively as a proactive team player

Requirements

• Genuine passion and interest in the motorcycle industry
• Previous retail work experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing
• Availability to work across a 7-day roster
• Availability to work over the Christmas and New Year period
