Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
• Manage inventory including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals using selling techniques

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach
• Team-oriented spirit and ability to work collaboratively
• Attention to detail regarding visual merchandising
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours
• Strong command of English (verbal and written)
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Mandarin or Cantonese skills are an asset
