Backed by Y Combinator, Elad Gil, and Lachy Groom, Ashby is already working with industry leaders like Opendoor, Plaid, and Airtable.

Responsibilities

• Transition the company from founder-led sales into a scalable and repeatable sales process
• Act as a product and domain expert, providing consultative selling to prospects
• Maintain a clean sales pipeline with high attention to detail and perfect follow-ups
• Build a go-to-market machine from the ground up
• Leverage tools and technology to scale sales efforts
• Act as a feedback loop by bringing market and industry learnings back to the product and engineering teams
• Model out scenarios and use analytical skills to drive decision-making

Requirements

• Ability to excel in consultative selling and domain expertise
• High attention to detail and obsession with pipeline cleanliness
• Fast-paced execution and continuous improvement mindset
• Strong analytical skills and ability to model scenarios
• Desire to build sales processes from scratch

• Experience hiring and leading a sales team
