Ashby is building the next generation of enterprise software, starting with a suite of products designed to help talent leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers optimize their hiring processes. Backed by Y Combinator, Elad Gil, and Lachy Groom, Ashby is already working with industry leaders like Opendoor, Plaid, and Airtable.
Responsibilities
- Transition the company from founder-led sales into a scalable and repeatable sales process
- Act as a product and domain expert, providing consultative selling to prospects
- Maintain a clean sales pipeline with high attention to detail and perfect follow-ups
- Build a go-to-market machine from the ground up
- Leverage tools and technology to scale sales efforts
- Act as a feedback loop by bringing market and industry learnings back to the product and engineering teams
- Model out scenarios and use analytical skills to drive decision-making
Requirements
- Ability to excel in consultative selling and domain expertise
- High attention to detail and obsession with pipeline cleanliness
- Fast-paced execution and continuous improvement mindset
- Strong analytical skills and ability to model scenarios
- Desire to build sales processes from scratch
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring and leading a sales team
