Sales Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Ruby's international sales success outside of existing hotel destinations
• Spot market opportunities and turn commercial insights into actionable results
• Lead, inspire, and develop an international team of Sales Executives and Managers
• Empower your team to build strong partnerships and acquire new clients
• Support Ruby's growth through market entries, pre-openings, and strategic commercial projects
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Challenge existing workflows and apply an entrepreneurial mindset to shape the future of the brand

Requirements

• Completed training in the hospitality industry or a degree in Business Administration/Hospitality Management
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams
• Strong strategic thinking skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work confidently across international markets and diverse stakeholder groups
• Data-driven mindset with the curiosity to challenge the status quo
• Fluency in English; German language skills are highly preferred
