Sales, Area Manager - Image Guided Therapy Device System Sales

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Philips Image Guided Therapy Device (IGT-D) technology and services to meet or exceed assigned quotas
• Achieve and grow total revenue, including capital, disposable, and extended service sales within the Western PA and Maryland territory
• Build and manage robust relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, clinical staff, and hospital administrators
• Execute account strategies by collaborating with the extended Philips team to ensure deep market penetration
• Provide clinical training and technical product education to customers and assist in regional hospital staff training courses
• Manage assigned accounts to drive utilization, resolve problems, and execute business planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience with a successful track record in customer relationship and account management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven selling skills with the ability to navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge to engage effectively with physicians and supply chain professionals
• Ability to manage territory business planning and customer relationship management effectively
